I want to upgrade my Mac Pro, but I don't know what cards are supported!?
I've been planning on upgrading my graphics card in my Mac Pro for ages, but I recently found out that only a few graphics cards are supported. I currently have a ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT, but I need something more powerful for gaming when I'm bootcamped to Windows.
My question is thus:
Which cards are supported by Mac, and which should I get?
I should mention that the card will be used for video editing (I'm a film student) so it needs to be high-end.
hmm nvidia came out with the 8800GT that is compatible with the mac pro but i suggest you check the apple website or check with a local mac store
